It's about time...

That Lucy finally got some fresh crab. Our buddy R brought 1 over on Thursday, and the hubby cracked it up for the kitty today.

This girl will eat crab like nothing you have ever seen! She'll sit right next to us at the table and wait for her share. We had to put her in the room today so that hubby could get the whole thing cracked without interruption.

And then, after patiently waiting....the final product:

You'll notice that there's not a lot on her plate. We do try to limit how much she has at one time.
She ate this like she'd waited year to have it! Later, when hubby was eating an open face crab and jack sandwich, she sat with her back to us because her plate was empty!
